Independent Learner -

I have always been independent and I've used my independence a lot in college from setting my own smart targets to reach the goals for the units in my course. I reflect on my projects in the use of an evaluation essay or videos talking about how my project went, what went wrong, good and bad about it and how I could improve more for next time. When we get taught a tutorial in our college day I make sure to learn all the skills so ill be able to go back and do it all on my own without asking for help. I go to college three days a week but I always make sure to at least do college work at home or come in on the two days I have off.

Confident -

Since the beginning of the college course I had been chosen to represent the class which made me the head leader in some way of the class, going to the meetings, receiving feedback from the class good or bad things. Making sure I help the college become a better college. Since then I have been more confident in seeking up for myself as I used to be shy but this has helped me come out of my shell. What ever it was that made me get picked to be the representative I feel since being the oldest in the group I had taken control in some group activities.

Employment ready -

When looking for employment you gotta make sure you're what they are looking for no matter what job it is. The first thing they will see is a CV which I have made for college as an example and I have my own when I am next looking for a new job. Maths skills I have reached in high school. My interview skills are great I always walk in with a smile on my face and make sure to give the best replies for the questions I get asked to make sure I walk out still with a smile on my face. Work experience is a good thing to have on your CV to show you do a lot of activities else where.

Community Minded -

Work experience has helped me become very community minded, helping out different charities at Flip out filming the event, also filming the RAG day fashion show to make sure people see how the community helps others. National trust needed help showing there stourhead grades and house so we filmed for them as well. 50/50 event was a few singers and a band playing for a group of people for a charity that the head of the event always does at some point of the year. We were able to film a promotional video for that event.

Effective communicator -

Writing skills are always used in college for our course writing blogs, journal entries, essays and any information added on about our projects and anything else we have done in the course like tutorials etc. Presentation skills as for the start of a project we need to present a presentation about the project which we had done for our FMP. but also made a presentation for the end of out music video unit.

High aspirations -

Making sure I set my goals t be reached high. Making a 5 year plan to either go by or change during the time. Having the idea of going to university either staying where college is or going to university further away that have good qualifications that you'd like to reach for my dream job being in the filming industry.
